Being located right on the Pune Mumbai Road in Talegaon Dabhade keeps us right in the middle of all the transport action. It’s a good spot for a bearings business because so many trucks and workers pass by every single day. We’ve been operating from this area for a while now and we have gotten used to the pace here. Inside the building, it is mostly about managing the stock and making sure everything is where it should be. Bearings are small things but they matter a lot for the machines they go into. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it is just us handling the day-to-day tasks. The weather in Talegaon can get a bit unpredictable, but the work stays the same. We have a lot of steel parts around and the smell of grease is pretty common in our workspace. It’s a straightforward setup. People come in, ask for what they need, and we look through the inventory. Sometimes we have to wait for new shipments to arrive from the main warehouse. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just a reliable place where local industries can get their parts. The road outside is always loud with traffic heading towards Mumbai or back into Pune. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders that need to go out by evening.
