I Q Multiservices

I Q Multiservices is based out of Devgiri Apartment on Sinhagad Road. We are on the first floor in the A Wing, which is right above the Savai Hotel. Most people find us just by looking for the hotel sign since it is a big landmark in this area. We do a lot of different things here, ranging from small repairs to helping people with paperwork. It is a bit of a mix, which is why we went with the name multiservices. The office is not very big, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. Sinhagad Road is always noisy with traffic, but you get used to it after a while. We have a couple of tables and some chairs for when people stop by to ask about our services. It is a very local operation. We know many of the shop owners nearby and often see the same faces every day. We do not have any polished marketing materials or a big reception desk. It is just a functional room where we keep our tools and ledgers. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of jobs going on at once. We just try to take things one at a time and help out whoever walks up the stairs. The first-floor location is convenient because you do not have to wait for an elevator. We have been in this building for several years and it feels like home to us now.
