Horizon Events

Our office is located at Kohinoor Estate, right by the Sanjay Hyundai showroom in Wakadewadi. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the estate area. We do a lot of work with events and planning for different occasions. Most of our time is spent coordinating with different vendors and making sure schedules are followed by everyone involved. Wakadewadi is quite a busy commercial hub so there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. We aren't the type to sit around much; we are usually out at sites or meeting people to discuss their plans for a party. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls every single day. We handle the stuff that people find stressful, like finding enough tables or making sure the stage is set up right before the guests arrive. We have been at this location for a while and seen the area change quite a bit over the years. It’s a straightforward business for us. We take the requirements, look at the budget, and see what can be done with what we have. Things don't always go perfectly, sometimes a supplier is late or the weather doesn't help us at all, but we just deal with it. It’s about being practical and solving problems on the spot. We have a small team here and we all do a bit of everything to keep things running. It is tiring but we are used to it.
