Lohogaon is where we are based, specifically in the Pragati Industrial Estate on N M Joshi Marg 22. It might seem like a busy spot because of the industrial area around us, but it’s where we’ve been for quite some time now. Harmony Marriage Bureau handles a lot of paperwork every single day. People come in with their biodatas and photos, looking for some help with their family matters. We don’t really do the big fancy advertisements you see in the newspapers. Most of the people who find us just hear about us from someone else who lives in the area. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and a lot of filing cabinets along the walls. We spend our hours checking details and making phone calls to different families. It is steady work that requires a lot of patience and a good memory. Sometimes the office gets crowded on weekends when families have more time to visit together. We just try to keep things organized as much as we can. It’s not about being some high-end agency; we are just regular people helping other regular people. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks when things get slow. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to reach us. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand, one file at a time.
