Hardikars Food Technologies

We are based over in Kothrud on the 5th Main Road, specifically in the Mottappan Palya area. Hardikars Food Technologies is basically where we handle the more technical side of how food is processed. It sounds a bit complicated when you say it like that, but it’s mostly about working with machines and different processes for making food products. Our workspace is filled with different types of equipment and stainless steel tables. It’s not a restaurant where you sit down to eat, and it isn't a grocery store either. It’s more like a workshop or a small processing plant. We spend a lot of our time testing things out and seeing how different food items react to certain temperatures or how they should be packaged. It involves a lot of trial and error. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as we planned, and we have to start the whole process over again. The 5th Main Road gets pretty busy with traffic and people, but once you’re inside our place, it’s all about the work at hand. We aren’t really set up for visitors to just wander in and look around, as there is usually a lot of stuff going on with the machines. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and the neighbors know us as the food tech people. It’s a specific kind of job, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every week. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. We just focus on the technical details and make sure our equipment is working like it should.
