Our business is located in Rajgurunagar, specifically at G No 17/3 in Takalkarwadi. It is quite a bit different from being in the big city. It is quieter here, which we actually like. We work with food and agriculture. Being out in this area means we are close to where the food actually grows. Our setup is very basic. We don't have any glass walls or fancy reception desks. It is a place for hard work. We started Green Plate because we wanted to be involved in the food business in a way that felt real. Some days are tough, especially when the weather is bad and the roads in Takalkarwadi get muddy. We have a small team of local workers who know the area well. We don't have any big corporate goals or marketing slogans. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it is checking the quality of the produce or getting things ready for transport. It is a physical job and we are usually tired by the end of the day. We don't use much technology besides what we absolutely need. People around here know us and we know them. It is a simple way of doing things, and we don't feel the need to make it sound more important than it is. We just do our work and go home. That is enough for us.
