Green Events

You can find Green Events at G 8 Ashok Mall, right across the street from the Sun N Sand Hotel on Bund Garden Road. It is a very well-known spot in this part of the city. Being inside Ashok Mall means we see a lot of people passing by every day. Our shop is just a regular unit where we keep our paperwork and some of the smaller bits of equipment. Bund Garden Road is always humming with cars and people, which we actually like. We started Green Events because we wanted to be part of the local community here. We do not have any big corporate backing behind us. It is just our team. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various vendors and checking on deliveries. Sometimes the hotel across the street has huge events going on, and it reminds us of why we enjoy this line of work. It is very unpredictable. One day is completely quiet, and the next day we are running around like crazy. We don't use any fancy marketing terms. If someone wants a specific setup, we see if we can do it and then we give them a price. We try to keep things fair and simple. The office isn't always perfectly clean, especially when we are busy, but we know where everything is.
