Our office is located at 49 Rag Vilas Society in Koregaon Park. It’s a nice part of Pune with a lot of trees and quiet lanes, though it’s gotten much busier lately. We’ve been around for a long time, working on different projects across the city. Most people know the name, but at this office, we’re just a regular group of people. We spend our time looking at blueprints, talking to contractors, and dealing with a lot of paperwork. Construction and development take a long time and there are always things that don't go according to plan. We have to deal with delays, weather, and all kinds of stuff that pops up. We don’t have a big polished lobby; it’s more about desks and folders and people on the phone. We try to be honest about how things are going. If a project is running late, we say so. We’ve lived in Pune long enough to know how the city works. The society where we’re located is quite peaceful, which is a good break from the noisy building sites we visit during the week. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches. We just want to build things that stay standing and make sure our clients aren't left wondering what's happening. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s how we’ve always done it here in Koregaon Park and we don't plan on changing our way of working.
