Genesis Events

Genesis Events is based out of Hadapsar, specifically in Flat No 601 on the 6th floor of Sanskruti Society. Our building is on Handewadi Road, and it’s a pretty busy part of town to work in. We use the flat as our main office, though we are rarely just sitting around there. Most of our time is spent out at different locations setting up for whatever event is on the calendar. Whether it is a small party or something a bit larger, there is always a lot of stuff to carry. Our office is usually cluttered with boxes of lights, decorative fabrics, and old clipboards. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. We just have a doorbell and a lot of work to get through. It can be a bit of a struggle getting all the gear up and down the elevators, especially when we are in a hurry. We don’t use any marketing speak or try to sound like a massive company. It is just a few of us who know how to manage a crowd and keep things organized. We have had our fair share of rainy days where everything nearly got ruined, and we’ve had to dry out our equipment for days afterwards. It is a bit of a gamble sometimes, but we like the work. We just try to be reliable and show up when we say we will. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us.
