This location for General Mills India Pvt Ltd is a bit different because it’s tucked away in the Eklahare Colony on Nasik Road. We are at New D 21/3, care of U. B. Kulkarni, and Kaustubh Arun Deshpande handles things here. It’s a quiet residential area near the NTPC plant, so it doesn’t feel like a big industrial hub at all. There are a lot of trees around and it’s a nice change from the crowded city center. We handle a lot of the local coordination and paperwork from this spot. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Nasik has its own pace, and being out here near Eklahare means we avoid the worst of the traffic. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the monsoon rain makes the roads a mess, but we manage. We don't have a big sign out front or a lobby. It’s a very practical, low-key setup. We spend our days talking to people on the phone and keeping track of everything that needs to move through this region. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s steady work. We often take our lunch breaks together and talk about the local news or what's happening in the colony. It feels more like a small community office than part of a big international company. We just do our part and keep the wheels turning for the Nasik area.
