Ganesh Mandap Decorators & Caterers

We run Ganesh Mandap Decorators & Caterers from Kavade Nagar. Our place is at Ganesh Mangal Kendar, which is pretty easy to find since it is near the HDFC Bank in New Sanghavi. Most of our days are spent sorting through fabrics, poles, and kitchen equipment. It is a lot of physical labor, honestly. We handle the setups for events and also take care of the cooking. It is a family-run kind of thing, so everyone chips in where they can. Some mornings we are loading trucks at 5 AM, and other nights we are still cleaning up long after everyone else has gone home. The neighborhood knows us well by now. We have seen New Sanghavi change a lot over the years. Being near the bank means there is always people around. We do not have a flashy office. It is more of a workspace where we keep all our supplies organized. Dealing with tents and catering is messy work, but we are used to it. We just try to show up on time and do what we said we would do. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially with the outdoor setups, but we manage. It is just us doing our jobs day in and day out. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We just set up the mandaps and cook the food. That is about it really. It keeps us busy all year round and we like it that way.
