Freshgrind Foods Private Limited operates out of Shop Bt-21 in the Destination Centre. This is part of Magarpatta City in Hadapsar, Pune. Being in a mall like Destination Centre is quite different from being in an industrial park. We have people walking by all the time, looking into the shop. Our space is where we handle a lot of the grinding and processing of our food products. You can usually hear the machines running if you stand outside for a minute. Magarpatta is a modern area, so we have a lot of tech workers and families nearby. We try to keep the shop clean and efficient, but it is a working space, so there is always a bit of a mess from the flour or spices. We don't have a lot of room, so we have to be smart about how we use the space we have. Our staff is mostly local people from around Hadapsar. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate slogans. We just grind the food and sell it. It is a simple process. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves. That is just part of the day. We like being in Pune-411028 because everything we need is close by. It is a busy life, but it is good to see people enjoying what we make. We are just a local shop.
