Food Hygiene Health Laboratory

We are based in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate on Tilak Road. Our units are A 512 and 513. It is a busy industrial area with lots of trucks and machines running nearby all day long. Inside the lab, it’s a different story. We have our testing equipment and benches set up for checking food samples that people bring in. It’s a lot of careful work, looking at things under the microscope or running tests to see if everything is clean and safe to eat. We wear our white coats and try to keep the place as tidy as possible, which isn't always easy in an industrial zone with the dust outside. Most of the day is spent handling samples that come in from different food businesses around the city. We write down the results and send them out to the owners. It’s quiet work except for the hum of the testing machines and the occasional fridge motor. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now and we know the layout well. There isn't much to see from the outside, just a regular industrial door with a small sign. We usually take our breaks at the small canteen around the corner for some snacks. It is a practical environment where we focus on the science of food. We aren't doing any marketing, just doing the tests as they come to us.
