Flavours

Our place, Flavours, is located right inside the Hotel Ambience Executive in Hinjawadi. Since we are in an IT hub, things get really busy around lunch and dinner time. The kitchen is always noisy with the sound of pans and the fans running. We don’t have a massive dining room, but we’ve squeezed in enough tables for the guests staying at the hotel and people coming in from the nearby offices. It gets pretty hectic when a big group shows up all at once. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and making sure we have enough rice and bread ready. The menu is just stuff we know how to cook well. We aren't trying to win any awards; we just want to serve a meal that tastes like it should. Sometimes the delivery of fresh greens is late, and we have to scramble to change things up. The staff here is a mix of young guys and some older cooks who have been around. We all just work together to get the plates out. Hinjawadi can be a tough place to get to because of the traffic, so we see a lot of tired people who just want to eat and go to their rooms. We keep the lights a bit low and try to make it a decent place to sit for an hour. It’s just a regular restaurant doing its thing.
