The kitchen at Feine Kuche is usually pretty warm because the ovens are always going. We are located in Vithalwadi over in the Pipliwala Town area. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stop but people seem to find their way here eventually. I spend a lot of time checking on the ingredients and making sure the counters are scrubbed down. In Vithalwadi the weather can get quite damp so we have to be careful with how we store the flour and the spices. The space isn't very large and we often bump into each other when we are moving fast. It is just a local spot where we focus on the food and not much else. I usually wear my old apron that has a few stains on it because that is just the reality of working with sauces all day. Pipliwala Town is a quiet neighborhood for the most part so you can hear the birds in the morning before the noise of the pots and pans starts up. We don't have a big sign out front just the name on the door. It feels like a real home kitchen most of the time which is fine by me. Sometimes we run out of things early and have to close up but that is just how it goes when you do things this way.
