Exl Services Pvt Ltd is based in Pune, over at Magarpatta City in Hadapsar. Our specific spot is D407 in the Daffodils building. If you’ve been to Magarpatta, you know it’s like a city within a city. There are a lot of trees and it’s much more organized than other parts of Pune. We’ve been working from this office for a good while. It’s a comfortable enough space, though it gets quite busy during the week with everyone commuting into the IT parks. We aren't a massive corporate giant with thousands of floors; we just have our office here where we handle our daily service tasks. The routine is pretty much what you’d expect—lots of emails, some calls, and internal meetings to make sure we are on track. We usually grab lunch at one of the food courts inside the city or just bring dabbas from home and eat together. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don’t go in for all the fancy corporate talk. We just want to get through our work so we can head home on time. The building is well-maintained, which is a plus, and having everything like banks and shops within walking distance makes life a lot easier for us. It’s a practical place to work from, and it suits our needs perfectly. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work that comes our way each morning.
