Event Dynamics

Our small office is located in the Madhuban Society in Old Shanghvi. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is quite different from being in a commercial district. We like it this way because it feels more personal and less like a cold office environment. We handle event dynamics, which basically means we spend our time on the phone or on our laptops trying to organize things for various functions. Because we are in a society, we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we do not make too much noise. Our setup is very simple. We have a couple of big tables, some comfortable chairs, and a lot of chargers for our phones and cameras. It is the kind of place where you can hear the birds outside and the sounds of people going about their daily lives in the society. We do not have a big sign outside or a formal lobby. Usually, we are busy checking lists and making sure we have not forgotten any details for the next event on the calendar. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a deadline is coming up, but mostly it is just steady work. We often work late into the evening, and because we are in a residential area, it is nice and quiet for those late-night sessions. It is a humble little operation, run by people who just enjoy putting things together and making them work.
