Out here at the Rahuri Factory area, things have a specific rhythm. Our office is located at Colony No- 42/4, which is a simple spot in this part of Ahmednagar. We handle sales and service, which basically means a lot of paperwork and even more time on the telephone. It is not a glamorous location with big glass windows or shiny floors. The building is a bit older and shows its age, but it works for us. We spend our mornings going through the mail and our afternoons meeting with people who need help with their equipment or are looking to buy something new. The dust from the road often finds its way inside, so we are always dusting off the desks and the files. We have become a familiar face to many people in the Tal-Rahuri region. They know they can just stop by and talk to us without needing an appointment. We keep all our records in big folders that are starting to overflow the shelves. It is a very practical way of working, and we do not use any complicated software or systems. It is just about being here and answering the questions that come our way. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes things slow down, but we just keep the fans running and stay focused. We are not a big company, just a small group of people doing our daily work.
