We’ve been set up in Hinjewadi for quite some time now. If you know this part of Pune, you know how much it has changed. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s all big buildings and constant traffic. Doehler India is right in the middle of all that hustle. We focus on our daily operations and whatever the schedule throws at us. It’s a lot of work, but we try to keep things moving smoothly. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have big shipments or new projects coming in. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done. People here mostly worry about the commute and getting through their tasks before the evening rush. We don't really do the whole corporate ladder thing; it's more about just working together to make sure the products are handled right. There’s always someone brewing tea or chatting about the weather while we check on the stocks. It’s a practical environment. We have our routines and we stick to them. Sometimes the place is loud, and sometimes it's just the sound of keyboards. Hinjewadi can be a bit overwhelming with all the IT parks around, but we’ve found our own rhythm here. We just come in, do our bit, and head home like everyone else. It’s just how we operate day in and day out without much fuss or bother from the outside world. It is what it is.
