Our place is located at Plot No. 3 in the Raisoni Industrial Park. It’s out in Hinjewadi, at Survey 285. This area is known for being quite modern, but we’re just a regular bunch of people working in a factory setting. We deal with ingredients and stuff for the food industry. The facility is quite big, but inside it’s just the usual mix of machines and people in hairnets. We’ve been here for several years now. Hinjewadi is always growing, so there’s a lot of traffic and new construction everywhere. Our workday usually starts early. We have to check the batches and make sure the machines are running like they should. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work. We don't really have a front desk with a receptionist; you usually have to find someone in the warehouse or the lab. We focus on the technical side of things mostly. There’s a lot of paperwork to keep track of, which can be a bit of a headache. But we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our jobs right. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their role. We’ve got a good rhythm going here in the park. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like the challenge of getting everything just right for the customers. We just keep moving and doing our bit.
