We are over here at Doehler India Pvt.Ltd., tucked away in the 3/285 spot within the Raisoni Indl Park. If you know Hinjewadi, Phase 2, you know it is always humming with people moving around and trucks coming in and out. Most of our days start pretty early because the traffic around this part of Pune can get a bit much if you don't beat the morning rush. Our space in the industrial park is where most of the work happens, and it is usually quite a busy scene inside. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the team here is used to the pace of things. It is not always quiet, but we like the energy of being around other companies in the park. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit messy, but that is just part of being in this area. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily tasks and making sure everything is handled properly before the sun goes down. Most of us eat our lunch together when there is a break in the schedule. It is a practical kind of place, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside, but it works for what we do. We have some regulars who stop by, and the neighbors in the other units are good people who have been around as long as we have. It feels like a real community here in Hinjewadi once you get settled into the routine.
