Our office is tucked away in the Kothrud area of Pune, specifically over at Kumbre Park. We operate out of a space care of R. S. Punekar at A-7/8. Kothrud is a busy part of town, but our little corner is right opposite the PMT depot, which makes it a very recognizable landmark for anyone trying to find us. Desai Brothers Ltd has a lot going on, and this Pune office handles its fair share of the load. The office itself is pretty standard for the area. We have got the usual office equipment and a lot of files that seem to grow in number every week. It can be quite lively during the day with the buses coming and going across the street. The sound of the city is always there in the background. We don't spend much time on making the place look pretty. It's more about having a solid place to sit and work through the daily requirements of the business. The staff here is mostly local, so we all know the best spots for a quick tea break nearby. It is a functional hub for the company’s activities in this part of Maharashtra. We’ve got a routine that works for us, and the location in Kumbre Park has served us well for keeping things organized. It’s just a regular, hard-working office in a very busy part of Pune.
