Cube Event

Cube Event is based out at Chikhlee 166. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we set up shop and where we keep all our gear. We do events, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the road, hauling stuff back and forth and making sure things are where they’re supposed to be. It’s hard work, and often involves long hours late into the night. We aren't the type of company that wears suits and sits in air-conditioned boardrooms all day. Most of the time, we’re in jeans and t-shirts, moving boxes or checking cables. The office at Chikhlee 166 is mostly for storage and planning the next gig. We started doing this because we enjoyed the energy of a well-organized day, even if it gets stressful at times. There have been plenty of moments where things didn't go perfectly, like a truck breaking down or a missing piece of equipment, but we always figure it out. That's just how this business is. We don't have a big marketing department. Usually, someone sees an event we did and asks for our number. We try to be fair with people and just do what we said we’d do. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. Chikhlee has been home for the business for a good while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place.
