Creative Constructions

Creative Constructions is based out of Bhosari in Pune. We are located at Flat No. 5 in Suvidha Park-Iii. It’s right near the C.M.E Rear Gate. If you know the Bhosari area, you probably know where the gate is. We’ve been doing construction work from this office for a while. It’s a residential-style setup which works fine for us. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to contractors. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We aren't the type to wear suits and sit in fancy boardrooms. Mostly, we’re out on sites or here at Suvidha Park-Iii figuring things out. The office is often full of samples and blueprints. It can get a bit dusty and crowded. That’s just part of being in construction. We’ve worked on various projects around Maharashtra. Bhosari is our home base. We like being near the C.M.E gate because it’s a good landmark. Creative Constructions isn't about flashy ads. We just want to build things properly. We’ve had our share of long days and tough projects. It’s just us, working hard and trying to make sure the buildings stand up. It’s simple, honest work. We’re just glad to be doing it here in Pune. There’s a lot to keep track of, but we take it one day at a time. This flat is where all the planning happens before we head out to the sites to see the progress.
