Choco Holics Shop

We've been tucked away in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate for quite some time now, specifically inside the Esd House building. It’s an area that’s mostly full of factories and big warehouses, but we’ve made our little corner here for Choco Holics Shop. My family and I handle the daily work ourselves. It’s not a fancy place with marble floors or anything like that. Mostly, it’s just us surrounded by bags of cocoa, sugar, and various molds. We spend our mornings melting things down and our afternoons wrapping up the finished pieces. The smell of chocolate is everywhere here, which is nice most days, though you stop noticing it after a few hours. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of the folks who buy from us are just people working in the nearby offices who want something sweet for their kids or a gift for a friend. Sometimes the machines we use for tempering get a bit finicky and we have to spend an hour fixing a belt or cleaning out a nozzle, but that’s just part of the job. We try to keep things simple and just focus on making sweets that taste like they should. It gets pretty warm in the workshop during the summer months, so we have to be careful with the cooling racks. We aren't looking to become a giant company; we just like what we do here in Hadapsar and hope the neighbors keep enjoying the treats.
