Chhajed Foods Pvt.Ltd. is located in Block-A, 301/A, at the Devarc Commercial Complex. It's a busy commercial building with a lot of different offices. We aren't on the ground floor, so it’s a bit quieter than the shops downstairs. We spend our time dealing with food products. The office is usually filled with the smell of whatever samples we are checking that day. We have a lot of paperwork to keep track of, from invoices to shipping logs. Devarc is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of floors. It’s just a dedicated space where we manage our food business. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and distributors. Sometimes the elevators in the complex are slow, so we just take the stairs to stay moving. Our team is small but we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just focus on getting the food items to where they need to go. The desks are usually covered in files and product packaging. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee in the mornings. It’s a simple, honest work environment. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just like food and the business of selling it. Every day brings a new challenge with logistics, but we handle it.
