We are located in Neeta Towers on the second floor, right across from Sandvik Asia in Dapodi. Most people who live around here know the spot. It’s a busy area and the traffic can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the morning rush. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a place where we get the work done. We handle the sugar cooperative business from here. There are a few desks, lots of files stacked up, and a small area where we have our tea. The windows get a bit dusty because of the main road, but we don't mind it much. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Some of the staff have been with us since the beginning, so it feels more like a small community than a corporate office. We spend our days coordinating with the mill and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with it. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we’re used to it. The lift in the building can be a bit slow on Mondays, so we usually just walk up the stairs. It’s better than waiting around. We don't have big meetings with fancy slides. We just sit around and talk about what needs to be moved or who needs to be paid. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just keep our heads down and do what’s required. That’s about it for us.
