Chaitnya Foods

If you walk down Kothrud Whitefield Main Road, you will find us pretty easily. Chaitnya Foods has been in this spot for a while now and the kitchen usually stays quite warm throughout the day. We spend most of our time preping ingredients and making sure everything tastes like it should. It’s a bit cramped behind the counter when we have more than three people working, but we make it work. The traffic outside is always loud so we usually have to talk a bit louder to hear the customers. We don't have a big menu with pictures or anything like that, just a board on the wall. My cousin helps out during the lunch rush because it gets a bit chaotic with everyone coming in at once. The floor gets a bit sticky from all the cooking but we scrub it down every night before we lock up. It’s a regular shop where people stop by for a quick bite or to take something home for dinner. We buy our supplies from the local market nearby every morning. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun but people know where we are. We don't do much fancy stuff here, just honest food that we would eat ourselves. It is just a small local business trying to stay busy on the main road in Kothrud.
