Callisons Flavors (India) Private Limited

We are based over at 215 Shalaka on Maharshi Karve Road. It is an older building, but it works for what we do at Callisons Flavors. Working with flavors means the office usually smells like mint or fruit, depending on what we are testing that day. It is a weird thing to get used to, but now we don't even notice it. The street outside is always busy, so there is a constant hum of cars and horns in the background. We have a small lab area and some desks for the paperwork. It isn't a big, cold factory. It feels more like a workshop where we are always mixing small batches of things to see how they turn out. Sometimes the experiments don't work and the whole floor smells like something strange for a few hours. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, if you walk in, you'll just see one of us hunched over a scale or typing away at a laptop. We have been here for a bit and the local shopkeepers know us well. It’s a lot of precise work, measuring things out to the milligram, but we also spend plenty of time just cleaning up spills and filing old reports. It’s just a regular job for us, even if the smells are a bit different than a normal office. We just try to keep the bottles organized and the orders moving through the system as fast as we can.
