Bombay Brasserie

Our place is located at Sr No 101, City Point, right on Dhole Patil Road in Pune. It is a busy part of town with a lot of offices and people rushing around. We opened up here because we liked the energy of the street. Inside, it is a bit more relaxed than the sidewalk outside. We have various tables set up for different groups. We see a lot of office workers coming in for lunch and then a different crowd in the evenings. The staff tries their best to keep everything moving, though sometimes when the place is full, you might have to wait a little bit for a table. We do not use any fancy descriptions for what we do. It is just a kitchen making food and a floor team bringing it to you. The lighting is a bit dim, which some people like. We have had some of the same decorations since we moved into City Point. It is not a perfect setup, but it works for us and our customers. Dhole Patil Road is always changing, with new shops opening and others closing, but we have managed to stay put for a while now. We do not spend much time on social media or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and start the day. It is a straightforward business, run by people who live nearby and understand what the local crowd wants when they go out for a meal.
