You can find us up on the fourth floor of Crystal Square, in Office No 407. It is near the petrol pump in Kondhwa Bk, which makes it easy for the couriers to find us, though the traffic on that road can be a nightmare in the evenings. Bizmartech Foods United Flakes is basically just our base for handling the cereal and grain business. The office has a lot of windows, so it gets really hot in the summer afternoons. We have desks piled high with samples and shipping documents. It isn't a very large team. Usually, there are only three or four of us here at any given time. We spend most of our day on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out why a shipment is stuck at the warehouse. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just like dealing with food products and making sure the quality is okay before it goes to the customers. Sometimes the lift in the building stops working and we have to carry boxes up all four flights of stairs, which is not fun at all. The kettle is always on because we drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the busy months. It is a simple setup, nothing fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. We focus on the daily tasks and hope the internet stays connected so we can process our orders without too many glitches.
