We are located at 434/2 in the Bhagyapushpa Building. It’s right next to the Punjabi Cultural Hall in Salisbury Park. Being so close to the hall means we see a lot of events happening all the time. Our days are mostly spent in the kitchen or loading up trucks with food and equipment for the next job. Catering is a messy job, and there is always a lot of washing up to do at the end of a long shift. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. Instead, we have stainless steel tables and a lot of large pots that have seen better days. It’s a busy environment where everyone is usually moving in different directions to get the orders out on time. Sometimes we are up late prepping for a morning event, and other times we are out at a venue until the early hours of the morning. It’s a tiring life, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. The building itself is an older one, but it suits us just fine for what we need to do. We don't use big words to describe our food. It’s just cooked the way we know how, and we hope the people eating it enjoy it. We focus on getting the details right, like making sure the burners are working and the containers are packed tight so nothing spills on the road. It’s honest work, and we just keep at it every day.
