Bibbi Di Rasoi Restaurant

Our small place is in Shop No 3 at Gulmohar Regency, which is right in the heart of Viman Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s always full of students and people working in the nearby IT parks. We call it Bibbi Di Rasoi because that’s the kind of food we make, the stuff you’d find in a home kitchen back north. The shop isn’t huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Most mornings start with the smell of parathas on the tawa. Viman Nagar has a lot of energy, and we see people coming in at all hours, looking for something that tastes like a proper meal. We spend a lot of time at the counter or in the back handling the stove. The Gulmohar Regency building is easy to find, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture here over the years. It’s noisy and busy, but we like the chatter. We don't do anything too fancy, just the regular cooking we know how to do. Sometimes we run out of certain items by evening because it’s hard to gauge how many people will show up on a Tuesday versus a Friday. We just keep the kitchen going and try to make sure everyone who walks in leaves with a full stomach. It’s just a regular restaurant run by people who live nearby and care about the neighborhood.
