Bawarchi Caterers

Bawarchi Caterers is located in Dipashri Premanand Society. We are right in Balajinagar, very close to the Kapil Hotel in Dhankavadi. Our setup here is pretty basic. We have a dedicated area for all the heavy cooking and a small space for keeping our supplies. It’s a busy place, especially on weekends when everyone seems to be having some kind of party. We’ve been here for a long time now, so most people in Dhankavadi know exactly where to find us. We don't spend any money on big signs or fancy lighting for the shop. We just focus on getting the food done on time and making sure it tastes right. You can usually hear the sound of knives hitting cutting boards if you walk past our place. We use a lot of local ingredients that we get from the market just down the road. The kitchen gets really hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the work. It’s a family-run thing, so everyone in the house chips in when things get busy. My nephew helps with the deliveries when he isn't in school. We don't have a website or anything like that. If someone wants to hire us, they just come over to the society or give us a call on the landline. We write everything down in a big ledger book. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things but it works for us. We don't try to be something we’re not.
