Banjara Restaurant & Bar

Banjara Restaurant & Bar is located over in Mangalwar Peth. We are sitting on Survey No 448 in the New Mangalwar Peth area of Pune, 411011. It’s an older part of the city and things can get a bit crowded around here, but that is just how it is. We have both the restaurant side and the bar side for people who want a drink. It’s a simple setup really. We don’t go in for anything too modern or flashy. The building has been here for some time and we just keep things running as best as we can. Most of the folks who come in are locals from around Mangalwar Peth who have been visiting us for years. It’s a place where you can just sit down and not worry about being fancy. Pune has grown so much, but this corner feels the same as it always did. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy, especially during the festivals, but it’s a lively neighborhood. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here at Survey No 448. It’s a basic spot for a meal or a cold beer after work. We open up every day and do the work. It’s nothing more and nothing less than a local spot for local people who want a normal place to go.
