Balaji Food Products

We are based out in Kasar Amboli, which is part of the Mulshi Taluka. It’s a bit away from the main city, which we actually prefer because it’s a lot quieter out here. Our work involves food products, so being in a more rural setting feels right. The building we work in is quite basic, just a sturdy structure with enough room for our equipment and the raw materials we bring in. You can see the hills in the distance from our back door, and the air is usually a bit fresher than in the crowded towns. We have a small group of workers from the local village who come in every day to help with the processing. It’s not a high-tech operation, just a lot of hands-on work to make sure everything is done properly. We use local ingredients whenever we can, which helps keep us connected to the farmers around here. Most days are spent watching the timers and making sure the batches turn out okay. We don't have a professional sales team or a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have a plain wooden table where we sit to eat our lunch and talk about the day's work. It’s a slow and steady kind of life, and we don't feel the need to rush or act like a big corporation. We just make our products and hope people find them useful.
