Bagade Food Industries Private Limited

Our place is over in Bibewadi, specifically in Kenjale Nagar. We’ve been operating Bagade Food Industries Private Limited out of Wing B, Flat No. 8 at the Light House building on S.No. 572/C for some time. It is a busy residential area, so there is always noise from the street, but we don't mind it much. We mostly spend our mornings checking on the supplies and seeing what needs to be done for the day. It’s just a few of us here, really. We started this because we wanted to do something with food, and this flat was the right spot to begin. It isn't a massive factory with hundreds of people, just a local business trying to get things right. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, which makes moving boxes a bit of a challenge, but we get through it. Pune is a big city for food businesses, but we just stay focused on our small corner in 411037. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this industry, more than I expected when we first started. We have our routines and we stick to them. Most of our neighbors know what we do. It’s a practical way to run things. We aren't big on fancy talk or corporate meetings. We just sit around the table, look at the orders, and figure out the logistics for the next week. It keeps us busy and out of trouble. We take things as they come.
