B K Raut

B K Raut is located at Camp 542 on Center Street. This is an old part of the city and you can really feel that when you walk around here. The building has been here for ages and the stairs are a bit narrow and creaky. My office is pretty simple, with a wooden desk that has been scratched up over the years and a few filing cabinets that don't always open smoothly. I usually get in around ten in the morning after walking through the market area of Center Street. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of history and I like seeing the old shops every day. My work is mostly about handling paperwork and talking to people who come by with questions. I don't use much technology besides an old computer that takes a while to start up. The windows look out onto the street and I can see the people shopping and the traffic moving slowly below. It gets a bit loud in the afternoons, but I've gotten used to the noise of Camp. I usually keep a pot of tea on the side to share with anyone who stops in for a chat. It’s not a modern, shiny office, just a practical space where I get my work done. I’ve been at this address for a long time and I know the local area like the back of my hand. It’s a steady, quiet way to spend my time and keep things moving along for the people who come to see us.
