Axa Business Services

We are over at Axa Business Services in Chinchwad. Our office is in the Balwant Darshan building, specifically in Flat Number 40 in the A-Wing. It’s tucked away in Manik Colony. It’s more of a residential-style setup than a big corporate office park. We do a lot of the back-office work that people don't really see. It’s mostly data entry, handling paperwork, and keeping all the files organized. The 411033 area is usually pretty quiet during the day, which helps us focus. We have a few desks set up in the main room of the flat. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We don’t really have any fancy signs or boards outside. Most of our work is done on the computer or over the phone. We’ve been here in this flat for a good while. The commute isn't too bad for most of us who live in the nearby area. It’s a simple operation overall. We just come in, do the tasks for the day, and then head out. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around for it to come back on. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything, just a small stove in the corner for making tea and coffee. It’s a decent place to work if you like things to be quiet and predictable. We’re just a small part of a bigger machine, doing our bit from this office in Chinchwad.
