Aum Galaxy Events & Entertainment Pvt Ltd is based over at Kumar Aengan. It’s a name that sounds quite grand, but when you step into our office, you’ll see we are just regular folks. Kumar Aengan is a decent location, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you don’t get here early. We have a lot of stuff piled up in the corners—costumes, old props, and stacks of event flyers from years ago. We probably should throw some of it away, but you never know when you might need a giant gold star or a velvet curtain. Working in entertainment means our schedule is never the same. Some weeks we are barely in the office, and other weeks we are here until midnight. It’s a lot of logistical work that people don’t see. We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just have a whiteboard that is usually covered in scribbles and to-do lists that we keep crossing off. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel. There’s always a half-finished jigsaw puzzle on the break table for when we need a distraction. We like the vibe of the neighborhood here. It’s not too loud, but it’s not dead quiet either. We have a good relationship with the other businesses in the building. Sometimes we borrow a stapler or some milk for tea. It’s a nice, simple way to work. We just focus on getting the job done without any extra fuss.
