Ashok Facilities Management

Ashok Facilities Management is tucked away in Vadgoensheri 7. It’s a straightforward spot where we handle all the logistics for the facilities we look after. We aren’t big on fancy furniture or decorations in our own office. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of lists on the walls. Vadgoensheri is a busy part of town, and being at number 7 means we are right in the middle of the local buzz. We spend our days coordinating with different people to make sure buildings are running right. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right person is at the right place at the right time. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we just deal with it as it comes. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We have a small kettle for coffee and that’s about as fancy as it gets. Most of the time we are out at the sites anyway. It’s practical work. We don’t use big words or complicated systems, just regular communication and making sure the jobs get finished. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a call. It’s just a local business trying to keep everything in order for the people who rely on us.
