Arif Event

Our office for Arif Event is located at 78 M G Road in the Ashok Nagar area of Pune. Being in the 411001 zip code means we are right in the middle of a lot of daily activity. M G Road is always humming with people and traffic, so there is never a quiet moment outside our front door. We do a bit of everything when it comes to organizing different things for people in the city. Whether it is a small gathering at someone's house or a slightly larger event nearby, we just step in and get it done. We spend a massive amount of our time on the phone or out visiting different venues across Pune to see how things are set up. The office itself isn't very large. It’s just enough room for us to keep our supplies, some old files, and a table to meet with people. We aren't big on fancy presentations or marketing talk. We usually just sit down with a plain notebook and a pen to figure out what someone needs and what their budget looks like. It is a lot of running around, especially on the weekends when most of the events are scheduled. Sometimes things don't go exactly as we planned, like a delivery being late or the weather turning bad, but we just deal with those problems as they come up. We’ve been doing this for a while and know most of the local vendors around Ashok Nagar. It is hard work with long hours, but we like it.
