Anjani Food Products

You can find Anjani Food Products over on Saiyed Mukhree Street in Dhanakawadi. We are at number 25. The kitchen is always busy from the early hours of the morning. You can usually smell what we are making from down the street. We deal with a lot of raw ingredients every day. Sacks of flour and spices take up most of our storage space. It’s not a very big place, so we have to stay organized or we run out of room to move. There are about six of us who handle the cooking and packing. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Most people know where we are just by living in the neighborhood. The floors are always being swept because food production gets messy. We have a routine that we follow to make sure things get done. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and it throws everything off. That's just part of the job. We have been in this spot for several years now and have seen the street change quite a bit. It’s a bit cramped when we have a big order to get out, but we manage. We aren't looking to become some massive brand. We just like making food and seeing people buy it. It's how we pay our bills and keep things moving. We just keep the stove going and do our best.
