Wagholi is a dusty place most of the time, especially with all the construction going on lately. Anil Plastic is right in the middle of that. We handle a lot of different plastic goods, and the warehouse can get pretty cramped when a new shipment arrives. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. My hands are usually a bit dirty by lunch, and the smell of raw material is just something you get used to after a week. We’ve got a small team here. Most of the guys have been with us since we started out in Wagholi. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the work we do every day. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes nearby, which causes a bit of a headache, but we manage. You’ll find us mostly moving crates or checking the inventory lists against what’s actually on the floor. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually take a break when the sun is at its peak. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our snacks. It’s a basic setup at Anil Plastic, nothing more and nothing less. We just focus on getting the orders ready and loaded up. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty; we just care that the stuff gets where it needs to go.
