Anandi Garden Mangal Karyalaya is on the Pune Solapur Road, right in Laxmi Colony. If you know Ankur Road, we are right there. It is a busy stretch of road so there is always noise from the traffic passing by. We handle a lot of different gatherings throughout the month. Most of the time it is weddings or local community meetings. The hall stays quite busy during the marriage season. We have to stay on top of the cleaning and making sure everything works like it should. It is a straightforward business and we do not spend money on fancy ads. People just see the sign while driving by or hear about us from their neighbors. The location is easy for people coming from the main road. We have got a rhythm to how we set things up. Tables go here and chairs go there. It is manual work and it keeps us on our feet all day. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to keep the outdoor parts clean, especially when it rains hard. We just do our best to keep it presentable for the guests. It is a local spot for local people. We are not trying to be some big five-star venue.
