Anand Dining

Our place is on Aundh Pipeline Road, over in the Officers Model Colony area. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic on the road can be a bit much during the day. We’re in the 411007 area, and we’ve been serving people around here for a while. The dining room isn't huge, but we have enough space for the locals who come in after work. We don't have any fancy lighting or soft music playing. It’s just the sound of people eating and talking. I usually stand by the counter to handle the bills, and I see the same faces almost every day. We’ve had some trouble with the sign outside blowing over in the wind before, so now it’s bolted down pretty good. The kitchen staff is small, just a couple of guys who have been with us since we opened. We don't try to make anything too complicated. It’s just straightforward food that we like. Sometimes the delivery of supplies is a bit late and we have to make do with what we have in the pantry, but we always manage. It’s a simple life running a dining hall in Jalahalli West. We open the doors, sweep the floor, and get to work. There’s no big secret to it; we just show up and do what needs to be done for the day without any unnecessary fluff or drama.
