Ambrosia Restaurant & Permit Room

Our place is out at Survey No. 38/2 in Bawdhan Khurd. We’ve got the restaurant and the permit room side by side. It’s in the Mulshi taluka area, so it’s a bit away from the main city crush but still gets plenty of visitors. We started this because we wanted a place where folks from the neighborhood could come for a drink or a meal without having to drive too far. The permit room gets its fair share of regulars who stop by after work to wind down. It’s a simple setup. We aren’t trying to win any awards for decor; we just want it to be comfortable. The kitchen works hard, especially on weekend nights when things pick up. We have a small crew, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the rain out here in Mulshi gets pretty heavy, but we stay open and keep things going. People come here because they know what to expect. It’s just a local spot for a quick bite or a long evening with friends. We don't do any fancy talk. Some folks stay for hours and others just grab their stuff and go. It’s fine either way. We handle the cleaning, the stocking, and the cooking ourselves mostly. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like being part of the Bawdhan community. You just show up, find a table, and we’ll take care of you. We keep the lights low and the doors open until the last customer leaves.
