Alard Industries Ltd

Our office is up on the second floor of the Clover Centre, located at 243 Moledina Road. If you know this part of the city, you know it stays pretty crowded throughout the day. Alard Industries Ltd has been tucked away in this building for a long time. It’s one of those older commercial centers where you can find almost anything if you look hard enough. Climbing the stairs to the second floor is part of the daily routine since the lift is sometimes occupied with people moving goods. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our files. We don’t have any big reception area or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just make do with whatever the local tea stall brings up in those metal carriers. The windows look out over the street, so we see all the chaos of the traffic and the people walking to the nearby shops. It’s a practical space. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at spreadsheets. The walls are a bit plain, and there is maybe a calendar from last year still hanging somewhere, but it works for us. Working in a place like Clover Centre means you meet all sorts of people in the hallways. We like being centrally located because it makes things easier for getting around. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular office where we get through the workday one step at a time, mostly dealing with industrial matters and logistics.
