Abhijeet Mandap Decoraters

I have been here in Karve Nagar for a while now with Abhijeet Mandap Decoraters. Our place is at 37424 and if you know this part of town, you know it gets busy. Most days start really early, before the sun is even fully up, because we have to load the trucks with bamboo poles and those heavy curtains. My clothes are usually covered in some kind of dust or glitter by noon. It is not fancy work, just a lot of lifting and tying knots. Sometimes the weather doesn't help at all. When it rains, we have to hurry to cover everything up so the cloth doesn't get ruined. The shop itself is a bit of a mess with stacks of chairs and rolls of carpet tucked in every corner. People come by and ask if we can set up for a small house thing or a bigger wedding nearby. We just look at the calendar and see what we can do. I usually have tea with the guys from the shop next door while we wait for the next truck to come back. It’s a lot of physical labor and sweating, especially in the summer heat. We just keep moving things around. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the 37424 area. It’s just us here doing the work every day, trying to get the stages and tents right before the guests show up.
