You can find us at 234 Lenin Street, which is a spot that hasn't changed much in the last twenty years. The building is a bit grey and the paint is peeling in a few places near the windows. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with the paperwork and answering the phone when it rings. It’s not a high-tech office but it has everything we need to keep things moving. The morning sun hits the front of the shop quite strongly, so we usually keep the blinds halfway down until noon. We have a small area in the back where we keep our files and a dusty old sofa where we sit during breaks. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses like ours, so we all know each other's schedules. If we run out of milk or sugar, we just pop next door to borrow some. The street outside is usually full of people walking to the bus stop or the nearby shops. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the stacks of folders get a little out of hand. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't worry about being fancy or having the latest office gadgets. We just show up, do the work, and lock the door at the end of the day.
